RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
